Message from the Founder
As the Founder and CEO of Yenom Emit, Inc, dba Greenway Capital Management I have dedicated over 25 years working in various financial sectors as a mortgage loan officer, life insurance agent, credit consultant, and small business consultant, and from these experiences I realized that many consumers lack the financial knowledge and skills to make informed financial transactions that are benefical to them and their financial future, particularly in African American communities where there is a major wealth gap, and the gap is constantly increasing.
The wealth gap in my opinion is due to a lack of financial literacy.
At Greenway Capital Management, we reward risk-takers. Whether it's our subscribers venturing into the world of financial education, or everyday consumers venturing outside their comfort zones, everyone should have an opportunity to get out of poverty. We beleive in rewarding people for their efforts. Thats why we created various ways for individuals to save and make money while while increasing their financial knowledge.
I started Greenway Capital Management because I saw a need for a company that can make accessing professional personal financial counseling easily accessible and affordable for everyone by combining dedicated people with moden technologies to help underserved individuals we refer to as U's get professional financial counseling, coaching, and education on demand using both, technology and personal interactions (real people) to communicate with.
I truly believe that financial literacy is the equalizer when it comes to building and developing personal wealth in underserved communities throughout America and beyond. Financial literacy drives economies and societies, and thats why Greenway Capital Management has laid out a plan to change the lives of thousands of underserved individuals by using moden technologies, human capital, direct interventions, and other available resources to reach out to and help underserved consumers change their lives.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau the official poverty rate of the Black population reached a historic low of 17.1% in 2022, a record low. This is good news, but the fact that nearyly 9 million Blacks are still living below the poverty rate is a big concern that should be addressed.
Greenway Capital Management has identified ten states in the south and southeast of the U.S that are of great concern because these ten states have the highest concentration of Blacks that are living near or below the poverty level (5.5 million) and have a high rate of financial illiteracy, lower credit scores, inadequated net worths, and very little or no access to financial professionals.
Greenway Capital Management's goal is to reach out to U's, the underserved, underfinanced, underpaid, undercapitalized, underemployed, unfortunate, and underbanked individuals and use our resources to help them increase their financial literacy and unlink the poverty chain.
In 2024 we started the Financial Literacy Empowermet Revolution (FLER) campaign, a movement dedicated to agressively reducing financial illiteracy in underserved communities across America.
Financial Literacy Is Power (FLIP)
