Close your mouth and open your mine.</strong></h3><p>Over many years I have talked to thousands of individual about building wealth, and I have learned that too many people can not and do not build wealth because they don't listen. Instead, they dispute or reject valuable information because they are too busy talking.</p><p>In this blog I am posting an insert from my book U's Rules for Financial Success: How To Unlink The Poverty Chain, rule 19, Close your mouth and open your mind.</p><p><strong>Close Your Mouth and Open Your Mind</strong></p><p>It has been said, “God gave us two ears and one mouth so we can talk less and listen more”. I will take it one step further and say close your mouth and open your mind. The reason I say this is because many people miss-out on good information and great opportunities because they talk too much and have closed minds.&nbsp;</p><p>The basic principle is that whatever your mind can imagine it can create. How does it do this? What your mind thinks, sees, believes, and feels is all sent to your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind then works with the universe and creates your reality based on the messages that began in your mind. But it is not enough to simply imagine it and then hope it happens. That is not the way it works. If you can imagine it, you can achieve it -- but you need to know how to use the power of your mind. The great writer Napoleon Hill reveals this in every one of his books. But he does not tell you how to use all your powers.&nbsp;</p><p>Your mind can create wonderful things for you -- if you know how to use it and how to send the right messages to your subconscious mind. Most people do not know how to do this. Instead, they go through life never really using the power of their mind.&nbsp;</p><p>Doctors now passionately believe that 75% of all sickness and disease start in the mind, 75-Percent! That is an exceptionally large amount. That means that a lot of people who are sick today -- are only sick because they did not know how to use their mind.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Some Doctors will even tell us that most sickness and disease are caused by stress. This is another event that starts in the mind.&nbsp;</p><p>Scientists have long said that we only use 10% or less of our brain. 10-percent -- that is it. Think of going through life only spending 10-percent of your salary. Could you, do it? No! Yet most people go through life using only 10% of their brain. That 10-percent is creating a lot of sickness because we do not even know how to use it properly.&nbsp;</p><p>Imagine if we only used 10% of our brain correctly? What would happen? What would happen if we learned to use 30% of our brain correctly? The results would be astounding!</p><p>The mind is an incredible and powerful source – unfortunately for some people no one ever taught them how to effectively use this powerful resource. Throughout our entire life we have been taught how to do everything, but no one ever taught you how to “Properly” use your mind.&nbsp;</p><p>Napoleon Hill, author of Think And Grow Rich, wrote that if we think properly, we can grow rich. But he was not just talking about financial gain. He was talking about making our lives rich. Napoleon Hill taught people how to use their minds so that they could continually “Think and grow rich” throughout life.</p><p>To create the things, you want in life you must first take control of your mind. It does not matter what else you do. If you do not learn to work with your mind -- nothing else will work. Most of us have seen people awfully close to us ruin their lives because they did not want to use the power of their mind. No matter what others tell them they refuse to take control of their mind. They refuse to work with it and use it to its full potential. I have seen people struggle and then tell me “That’s just the way life is and the way it was meant to be." Let me make one thing clear: NOTHING IS MEANT TO BE BUT DEATH.&nbsp;</p><p>The subconscious mind is an incredible power that most people fail to develop and use to its full potential.&nbsp;</p><p>To utterly understand just how powerful, the subconscious mind is, you must first understand and accept that there is no such thing as coincidence. Nothing happens by chance.&nbsp;</p><p>Your subconscious mind creates everything in your life based on the messages and information you send to it. You are constantly sending messages and information to your subconscious mind and 90% of those messages are useless or are working against you. Then you wonder why things never get better no matter how hard you try.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Your messages to your subconscious mind are your thoughts, beliefs, and actions</strong>. So, if you constantly worry about not having enough money -- you will never have enough money. It is that simple. If you do not think you can accomplish your goals -- you will never accomplish any of them. If you do not think there are enough opportunities for you -- you will never find the right opportunity. If you do not think you can get ahead in life -- you will never get ahead in life. If you think you are overweight -- you will always be overweight. If you do not think you can -- then you never will. Why? Because your subconscious mind is always working on the information you send it -- and if that information is negative then you will only have a negative reality.&nbsp;</p><p>Once your subconscious mind gets your message it then connects with the people and events that will help create the situation based on your message. So, if you think it is difficult to make money your subconscious mind will go out and draw you to people and events that will make it difficult for you to make money.&nbsp;</p><p><em>It is important to understand that your messages to your subconscious mind are not just your thoughts! Everything you do, say, and believe is picked up by your subconscious mind. So just because you start thinking you can -- that does not mean that things will miraculously change overnight. To get your subconscious mind to create the changes you want -- then you need to create a new way of thinking and living. And the first thing you must do is get your mind working for you and not against you. A person's character can be well molded by a good education, or badly molded through miseducation. Miseducation is just as bad as no education since the two are one in the same.&nbsp;</p><p>History is filled with miseducation that has lead to wars, death, distruction, and control of individuals' minds. Miseducation has no boundries, people from all walks of life are controlled by miseducation, this includes the rich, poor, academically educated, uneducated, and professionals. These individuals all have one thing in common, they beleive what they read or hear and never take the time to verify and validate the information . This is true when it comes to building personal wealth. People don't do their research to find out how to build personal wealth.</p><p>There are millions of individuals that have the opportunity to build personal wealth but they have been programed to beleive they cannot. They have accepted what they have been taught as truth.&nbsp;</p><p>Miseducation is all around us, in our homes, schools, movies, commerials, news media, and in almost any source(s) that provide information or entertainment. Generally people watch, listen, and accept what they are given, without question(s).&nbsp;</p><p>When it comes to building wealth its important not to accept all things as truth. Example: You don't have the education, money, experiences, or networks to build a millon dollar busniess. You can beleive it, or you can research and find people who have succeeded despite not having anything in their favor except beleiving they could do it. Its not about information, its about transformation of your mind. Onece you transform your mind you will be on your way to building wealth, because no one will be able to get you to beleive you cannot.&nbsp;</p><p>When I hear someone say they will not invest in real estate, a business, the stock market, or in themselves because they "heard" about someone who did and failed. Its odd that they have never heard of someone who succeeded, because they have been miseducated, and this miseducation holds them back from building wealth.</p><p>Generally underserved individuals are too dependent on others for information because they don't have direct access to resources that they can turn to when searching for the truth. When searching for the truth seek out resources that are able to validate the information and back it up with facts. Using factual information can help you build wealth.&nbsp;</p><p>Fact - You can build real estate starting with very little or no money.</p><p>Fact - You can make $30,000 monthly working from home.</p><p>Fact - You can fund a business without borrowing money.</p><p>The above facts are true. Based on my experiences, most people will choose one of the first three, why? Because they take less effort. In general, people don’t like doing things that require above average effort. But for those who don’t mind putting in a little extra time and effort, there are many options for making extra money part time from home, and here are my top five ways earn extra money parttime from your home based on what I know as high potential earners.</p><p>1. &nbsp; &nbsp; Digital Products - Digital products are intangible products that exist in a digital form. These include e-books, online courses, and virtual goods and video games. These products are typically delivered to consumers via download or email and offer a way to provide products without having physical inventory. The potential earning can be anywhere from $1,000 - $5,000 or more monthly, depending on your efforts. Example: A simple digital course that sells for $25 only requires 200 sales to earn $5,000. So, if you have one digital product, you can focus on selling that single product. And if you have two products you only need to sell 100 products each per month.</p><p>2. &nbsp; &nbsp; Teach Live or On-line Classes – You don’t need a degree to teach people how to do certain things, especially if it’s something that they want to learn, they will pay for it. Think about what skills you have that other people might want to learn, and if you don’t have a teachable skill find someone who does and pay them to teach you, and you teach others. Example: I teach people how to teach other people about managing their credit. I conduct one on-line class per month with a minimum of ten students and I charge $1,800 per student, $18,000 for about eight hours of teaching. Once these students are trained, they conduct their classes and charge anywhere between $325 - $450 per student. Averaging this down to $300 per student, an instructor can make $6,000 conducting one class of 20 students monthly.</p><p>3. &nbsp; &nbsp; Become An Affiliate Marketer - Affiliate marketing is an advertising model in which a company compensates someone for generating sales for the company’s products and services. The third-party affiliates promote and sales the company’s products in person or online. Payments can range from a few dollars up to hundreds of dollars per sale. Find companies that pay $100 or more per sale, and you have a greater potential of earning $5,000 monthly.</p><p>4. &nbsp; &nbsp; Become a Coach – You can coach anything if you have some specialized skills or knowledge. If you have experience in automobile sales, you can coach people on how to to make informed purchases and save money when buying an automobile, or you can coach consumers on how to save money when buying clothing, or computers, you set the price depending on how much you would like to make monthly. If this is your side jig, you can charge whatever price is required to make your classes affordable for the&nbsp; average consumer and you don't have to invest a lot of time or money to make it happen.</p><p>5. &nbsp; &nbsp; Basic Bookkeeping – Basic bookkeeping doesn’t require lots of accounting or bookkeeping experience or knowledge. You create or have someone create an excel spreadsheet for you and you charge individuals or small businesses to record their financial transactions each month. Your customers send you their receipts for sales and expenses, you record the transactions and send them a summary of the transactions each month. You can charge between $30 - $150 monthly depending on how many entries you have to record. Though it may seem impossible to escape poverty when you do not understand or know there are ways to escape. It has been proven over and over that people can escape poverty when they have a desire to escape.</p><p>irst step to escaping poverty is knowing and believing you can escape, and then setting a plan to escape. Assume you are in poverty because you do not have the education and skills to get a better paying job. Start by getting educated or trained so you can create value for your time and labor. Every job has opportunities for higher pay and provides opportunities for advancement, and if you are not planning to remain in your current position or company, starting taking non-accredited classes or self-educating yourself, find a job that provide training, or if you qualify go into the military and get paid to learn a new skill. <p>From my April 25 post I received several inquiries asking how "I" make $30,000 or more each month, so in this post I will explain how I do it. First, the way I do it is nothing new or unknown. As I stated in last post, go to YouTube and you will see hundreds of people that make thousands of dollars, and in some cases millions of dollars each month. The only difference is we take risks, get educated, and put our plans into action.</p><p>Most high revenue producers are unknown everyday people like myself who wanted to make a good living without relying on an everyday job. Sure, the hours and days can be long sometimes, but its not like going to a job because we set our hours and days, and in many cases we don't have to put in the long hours and days, we do it because we like what we do, the money is the reward for doing it. So, here are the steps I take to earn my reward(s).</p><h2>1. Setting Clear Financial Goals</h2><p>I set my minimum goal to make $30,000O each month, the key benefits of strategic planning is it helps me set clear financial goals for my business. Whether it's increasing sales, advertising, or promoting products or services as at discounted prices. By setting specific and measurable targets, I can track my progress and make informed decisions to achieve those goals.&nbsp;</p><p>I set my goals to send out emails, post my blogs on Instagram, and TickToc. In addition to social media I spend $200 for advertising on social media.&nbsp;</p><h2>2. Playing The Numbers</h2><p>Its all about the numbers. Think about how almost everything we do is based on reaching certain numbers. How many hours you work to earn a certain number, how much it cost to live and eat is base on numbers, how many days you have been on earth is based on numbers. So, when it comes to making money you have to decide what numbers you need and want. If you want to make $30k, find something to sell. Play the numbers game, do I want products or services that I can make a $1, $5, 10, $100, or $500 profit. Example: $50 require 600 sales each month to get $30,000, $100 require 300 sales, or $500 require 60 sales. So, as you can see it does not take a lot of sales to make $30,000 monthly.&nbsp;</p><p>Now, the other part is how many products or services do you sell? If you are only selling one item it require more effort than if you are selling five items. Why? because of the numbers. When, if ever have you saw a business that sells one item at one price?</p><p><strong><a data-mce-href="https://www.wealtheducationforu.com/" href="https://www.wealtheducationforu.com/">I have eight products and six services</a></strong><a data-mce-href="https://www.wealtheducationforu.com/" href="https://www.wealtheducationforu.com/">&nbsp;</a>that I am able to offer consumers that I target, my job is to play the number game. If I can reach 100,000 potential customers and I get two-hundred sales with an average sale of $150.00, I get my $30,000 or more.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><h2>3. Allocating Resources Effectively</h2><p>Strategic planning has helped me sale effectively. Being from the old school it took me a while to realize that social media is the way to go. Prior to shifting my way of marketing I was paying $150.00 weekly to go to a local studio and record my one hour talk show, only to realize that I could get better results by posting on social media for free. Now I use Facebook, TicTok, Instagram, and X /Twitter to reach my targeted customers, and I am currently preparing my Youtube channel to use as an additional source of marketing.</p><h2>4. Planning for Long-Term Growth</h2><p>Long-term planning is a key factor when you are trying make above average income or revenue. In today's technology world long-term can be 6-12 months. With all the technological resouces that are free or low costs, some people have gone from broke to millionaires in less than six months. My long-term planning started in 2019 when I started writing <a data-mce-href="https://www.wealtheducationforu.com/products/e-book" href="https://www.wealtheducationforu.com/products/e-book" data-mce-selected="inline-boundary"><em><strong>my book&nbsp;</strong></em>U's Rules For Financial Success: How To Unlink The Poverty Chain</a>, and today I am still working on "my" long-term plan. Planning is a contineous and on-going part of making money. As it is said, you don't need a plan to fail.&nbsp;</p><h2>5. Adapting to Changing Market Conditions</h2><p>Market conditions are always changing, and I have learned that in order to keep pace, I must keep changing. As I mentioned in item 4, I had to change and adapt to using social media as part of my strategy for increasing revenue, hence the new website, blog, facebook, instagram, tictok, fivver, incorporting my business, and other resouces that I had to adapt to in order to reach my intended financial goals and objectives.&nbsp;</p><p>I have had to adapt to doing more research on my targeted consumers, adapt to experimenting with various pricing, adapt to creating more products and services, and adapt to being more creative. Adapting to market conditions keep the money rolling in. I think about how to adapt my business on changing economic&nbsp; conditions, good or bad, because consumers will still make purchases, I just have to adapt my pricing, products, and services to meet their needs.</p><p><br></p>
